This Agreement is entered on , between RIDE X HUB (The Owner) and the Renter:
1. License: Renter must hold a valid Sri Lankan endorsement or recognized International Driving Permit (IDP).
2. Fuel: Outlined fuel level must be matched on return. Shortages charged at market rate plus service fee.
3. Mileage Allowance: 100km free allowance per rental day. Excess distance charged at standard tariff per kilometer.
4. Insurance: Third-party liability included. Null & void if driving under alcoholic influence or reckless operation.
5. Fines: Renter assumes complete financial liability for local traffic or parking violations incurred.
6. Restricted Zones: Off-road coastal beach driving and unauthorized subleasing are strictly prohibited.
7. Incident Protocol: Accidents must be immediately alerted to +94 70 761 5516. Police reports are mandatory.
8. Late Returns: Delays exceeding 60 minutes are assessed as an additional day unless formally pre-approved.
